I received my BA in Liberal Studies and an English Language Arts Teaching Credential from California State University, Fullerton in 2012 and 2018, respectively. I've taught English 1P, 2P, & 3P at Bolsa Grande, La Quinta, Rancho Alamitos, and Santiago High Schools in GGUSD before becoming Pacifica's Teacher Librarian in 2021. I am a Credentialed Teacher Librarian and am working toward finishing my Masters in Library Information Science at San Jose State University.

 

In my free time, I love to read YA Fantasy and Science Fiction. Watching anime, hand embroidering, and crocheting are some of my favorite pastimes. 

 

I am currently expecting my first child, due September 2023, so I will be out for maternity leave during the majority of the Fall semester. My long-term sub, Ms. Contreras will take over the Library Media Center in my absence.
