Fall Scholarships





Full Ride

The Gates Scholarship

  • A high school senior
  • From at least one of the following ethnicities: African-American, American Indian/Alaska Native*, Asian & Pacific Islander American, and/or Hispanic American
  • Pell-eligible
  • A US citizen, national, or permanent resident


Full Ride



Seniors who have demonstrated a level of academic achievement that meets or exceeds the admissions standards of our colleges. Finalists typically come from households earning less than $65,000 annually for a household of four and have minimal assets.



College Jump Start

  1. High School 10th-12th grader, college student or non traditional student;
  2. U.S. Citizen or legal resident



Horatio Alger Association Scholarship Programs

-          Senior

-          Maintain a minimum grade point average (GPA) of 2.0

-          US citizen



Coca-Cola Scholars Programs


U.S. Citizens; U.S. Nationals; U.S. Permanent Residents;

Carrying a minimum 3.00 GPA at the end of their junior year of high school.

Applicants may not be children or grandchildren of employees, officers or owners of Coca-Cola bottling companies, The Coca-Cola Company, Company divisions or subsidiaries.


Various awards

Disneyland Resort Dreamers and Doers

Dreamers & Doers applicants, who will receive two Disneyland Resort Park Hopper tickets. From this group, 60 “Shining Stars” will be selected to receive a $1,000 grant for their school.

Eligibility Criteria                                                          

        Be a resident of Orange County, California

        Must be in good academic and character standing, as verified by the school


Up to $40,000

Jack Kent Cooke Foundation


Cumulative unweighted GPA of 3.5 or above

-SAT combined critical reading and math score of 1200 or above and/or ACT composite score of 26 or above

Demonstrate significant unmet financial need. We will consider applicants with family income up to $95,000.



Elks Most Valuable Student Scholarship

Elks Most Valuable Student Scholarship (MVSS) award.

All students must apply online and through our organization. On top of these nationally awards, we, as the local organization (Garden Grove Elks Lodge) give away cash scholarships in the amounts of 2 - $1,000; 2 - $500; and 2 - $250 in one time monies as we have done for years.

Jackie Robinson Foundation

- Be a graduating, minority high school senior
- Be a United States citizen
- Present evidence of financial need
- Demonstrate a record of academic excellence
- Demonstrate leadership potential and a dedication to community service
- Plan to attend an accredited and approved 4-year college

Open to Seniors - Multiple scholarships available for various amounts.  Please take the time to fill them out.
