We are proud to share that Pacifica High School has once again been recognized by U.S. News & World Report as one of the Best High Schools in the nation for 2026–2027!

 

This year, U.S. News evaluated approximately 27,000 public high schools across the country, with nearly 18,000 receiving national rankings. Schools are evaluated using measures that include student achievement, graduation rates, college readiness, Advanced Placement participation and performance, and success in serving all students.

 

Pacifica continues to stand out! PHS ranked among the top 10% of high schools in California, an accomplishment that reflects the hard work happening throughout our campus.

 

While we are excited about the recognition, what makes us most proud is what is behind it: our students who challenge themselves and work toward their goals, our teachers and staff who create meaningful opportunities every day, and our families who continue to support our Mariners.

 

This honor belongs to our entire Pacifica community.
