Dear Pacifica Mariners,
Welcome to the 2023-2024 school year! My name is Rogelio Godoy Garcia. I am happy to join the Pacifica High School team of educators as a Spanish and English teacher. I am a homegrown educator having attended Garden Grove public schools and I am a proud graduate of the Los Amigos High School Class of 2003. My college career started at Santa Ana College and from there I transferred to Cal State Fullerton, where I earned my Bachelor's Degree in English and Spanish and a single subject credential in each respective language. This will be my 12th year as an educator and I am excited to have the opportunity to teach our Mariners and work hand-in-hand with families and all stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes for our students. Together, we will make this a year full of academic and personal growth for all students! Best wishes in education.
