anytime cross country it's very fun sport give and expect running to be fun but it really is and part of that is because the team is still amazing the people that are on the cross-country team are they really are like a family My Little Pony out of my teammates we have a ton of him funny joke and other sport understands there's some of the closest friends I've ever had even Coach Josh is one of the best friends I've ever had there's so many just great people that are involved in the store and especially like Coach Josh and all the parents to like they all do so much all the parties I get insanely crazy we laugh a lot we took a lot we just have fun with each other like we're one big family were like brothers and sisters how to explain what cross-country really is how to space it's a sport where you run and you run a lot of miles and you can pee and Ray but it's actually the way I view it and I believe most of my teammates are you at now is it's more like a family something that is another Sports five man really get to know each other while you run in progress and like working your heart is the whole experience of team is just amazing I join cross country find it app but if I'd known the family and everyone that is neat that was going to come out of it definitely wouldn't have been difficult toys for doing cross-country first stay with the program cuz it's more like a family everyone stays together and when is friends with each other and one knows each other Jordan crosses Holly the best decision I never made he was kind giving me friends and that's what I was saying Speak reason why you would join Cedric is pork to make a lot of friends we're all really close cuz I have to run a lot together so we going to show the pain best things are called country is that you get to meet somebody to kind of people that everyone in Cross Country seems to be involved in something else whether it's like RTC or arms or other sports even definitely the people because they're weird some friends I love them and yeah they just want people to hang out with put yourself out there trying new things and run hard and run fast you're all in it together we're one big Sam Define grade environment I want you to remember America news National a love divine all Real Americans love the sting of battle when your kids you all in my head baby Champion Marvel shooter the fastest runner Ridley football players de Tapas boxer American Idol winner and will not tolerate a loser American play to win all the time because the very thought of losing you so I joined cross country because my mom was encouraged me to do a sport during The Fall season I definitely didn't think about joining cross country if she would have encouraged me is more psychological than I've ever imagined because it takes a lot more courage and willpower in order to complete a race while the laugh with 200m special it's probably one of the most painful thing you've ever experienced that yet I've learned a lot about myself definitely has faced a lot of challenges how do I play the sport prior to this ended up choosing cross-country over any other sport but I'm definitely glad I did because I didn't I probably wouldn't have liked the same amount of patience I do and determination something cross country is is a unique sport what is both individuals and team are can improve as an individual but not improve as a team and you can improve as a team but not an individual as a new athlete I preach patience and Trust this is a four-year sport we're going to build you up over 4 I want you to continue to have success cross country is such an incredible sport because everyone is so supportive of each other everyone cheers on each other no matter what like if you're the first person to raise that going to last person in the race everybody just here so bad for you Joe my freshman year I was on Varsity but like I didn't think I was that fast I really didn't think that I deserve to be on varsity by the end of my senior year I genuinely have worked so hard and felt like I deserved every good thing and every bad thing that happened and everything happens for a reason so it just has made such a great impact on my life wake me up every morning but I got to run right now because I like the feeling of accomplishment and being challenged honestly the rewards that you get from there just feeling so accomplished after you raise after you pee are for the first time that few metal any little Victory is incredible running is an individual sport but you just work with your team push yourself Taylor County jobs cross country hits. When you first hear about it you know just run through miles no big deal you know and then the prices are even talk but the Harvest talk with people we will also going to do a lot time besides get to know other people are running next to you should really drink cross-country because really like a family here it's like even though it's a hard Sport and it takes a lot of effort and a lot of hard work and a lot of determination we really support each other and it makes it really easy to get through it I drink cross-country just because I didn't want to do PE but after a couple of days of summer practice I realized this is a sport for me see there's just under 20 seniors 16 of those have been for years so for them to stay committed to this program through all of the changes issue is their love for the sport their love for each other and the left for the team there is a strong group of freshmen and sophomores that are coming in I'm extremely grateful for the things that they've shown them along their when I was growing this team was growing condition that we've received from the school is growing a tribute to the seniors dysphoric is everybody together it's more of a family that it is I truly believe that hoping that they understand what they need to do that day I also think about apps that training was enough we put in miles if we put in too many miles grind 20 minutes fan how to keeps my mind occupied while also trying to encourage them to continue doing what they're doing a Trace me driving Mountain Sky Drive I Rise up to the Finish Line cuz I'm so close I can almost taste when you buy anybody anybody Charlie Strong Udall hoping that they didn't go out too hard hoping that they went out hard enough hoping that they pushed in the Second Mile and hoping that they have enough to finish in the end Champion is someone who gets up even when they can't they don't come and get it all they come to get it all inventions were made in moments like this enjoy the app I started coaching to determine whether or not I liked working with high school athletes I wanted to make sure that I enjoyed working with this age amount of trust that they can instill in somebody that they barely know as a freshman and the friendship that evolves at over the four years in the sport it's Blow Me Away asthma cuz I'm gone Salisbury steak steelseries glacier play you know else thank you for always being there supporting us as always been its own because he's been here with us like four years or more consistency especially if you're doing something else is running everyday because after 471 staff which is why I stay all four years I don't know how I did it but it ended with an appoint all and I are not close now but we're really tired and it's really encouraging to know that there is always someone like an adult that they were always like is it really nice and comforting I know I'm probably still a handful so fans running cost it was fun I felt like I was on the team that it wasn't just a workout for me I want thank you for all that and I just want to thank you for believing all of us even when we didn't believe in ourselves for believing that we could do more when we didn't know what we could do and I just wanna thank you for providing a stable relationship being there for us whenever we needed anything there from the beginning thank you show me really great for me because I want from someone who zero self-esteem to someone who actually saw that they can do it and that was because of him and I will like probably forever remember that I just have to thank him so much for everything that he's done for us he's stayed with us for four years please put in Endless amount of hours and just hard work to make sure that we do well in our races and at practice and he really cares for our well-being I just I don't know how to think of enough for what he's done for us thank you he's a pretty good coach, we're practicing every day pretty much there was a lot of fun really difficult though not for the faint of heart and courage Shannon coaching is just been amazing to tell him that you just didn't like a great person in my high school career like I don't know what I would be doing if he wasn't the coach didn't know him he just like he's made me push push myself to me places I didn't think I could go to reach for further goals he's just been a great inspiration and like a great motivation for me and High School how to say I like to thank him for his forces and struggle for years she's greatly impacted my life both as a runner and outside I I also don't know where I would be in this board or even if I would still be in this sport without him add a loss for words for how I would describe how I feel about him and what he has done for me I'm so happy to have been a part of the team and I'm going to miss them but just because I'm off the cross country team just because I'm graduated doesn't mean that they're gone we're still friends so it's it's a very good experience I just like to say thank you because I'm truly made me a better Runner and you haven't really help me learn to love running my freshman and sophomore year I didn't really love running but by my junior year just that your workouts and the way that you pushed us and encouraged us to I really do appreciate you being very kind and compassionate towards the runners because like I understand you've been dealing with a lot as a not only a coach but a leader in a father and then you're always very understanding and I truly appreciate what you've done thank you for all these four years Superstars is PTZ down for years has some really fast I just wanted to say thank you so much for everything and say thank you for always believing can I have to reach my full potential and I still have to say thank you for always being married to Tyrion and always helping me during turn off the car but everything I've been dealing with pictures of the way I could. can you show me very nice years impact on my life I am forever grateful for you the seniors this is my first graduating class may become is it warm with the people email the team the people you remember I really think I summed up everything
