Have you ever wondered what it takes to become a librarian? Many people are surprised to learn that you need to earn a Master's degree if you would like to work in most public libraries as a librarian.
In order to be a teacher librarian, you need to have an undergraduate degree (B.A. or B.S.), a teaching credential, AND an additional credential authorizing service in K-12 libraries. Most teacher librarians have a Master's degree too.
